Scope
This company had a multi-year investment in a product that had initial traction in the manufacturing space. Multiply was engaged to evaluate the sales process and implement revisions.
Solution
At the time of Multiply’s engagement, the company had decent throughput of activity but a very low close rate. Multiply reworked the cadence of the product demonstrations, rebuilt the messaging, and established roles and responsibilities within the sales team, while also teaching them how to qualify opportunities, get to the next meeting and/or close deals. During the initial 3 months of the engagement, the company increase sales by ~20% while increasing its overall user base by ~30%.
