Scope
This company had grown to approximately 160 people in multiple offices within the US. The company had recently grown through passive sales and referrals and was looking to stand up an outbound sales program. An investment firm recently taken an interest in the company and engaged Multiply to build an outbound sales process and teach an existing member of the team the skillset of sales.
Solution
Multiply elicited out and documented the company message.
