Scope
An enterprise company entered into an equity partnership with a smaller company with a goal of the enterprise company creating sales for the small business through use of the enterprise company’s client base. Multiply was engaged to stand up a process by which the teams could systematically approach a market and sell into it.
Solution
Multiply created the process that allowed the enterprise company to strategically focus on the sales of a product that was not within its normal set of offerings. The process included how to prioritize clients and track progress, along with a communication strategy once a lead was generated. The program began as a pilot, and the companies plan to continue to roll it out to multiple regions with continued involvement from Multiply.
